we dont have any inherent purpose but all of us have the capacity to create one for ourselves

i think that there is some intention behind the creation of our universe, im not sure if that intent involves humans (although it could)

if it is true that we all have finite lives and then fade into oblivion, theres no point in worrying about being forgotten because that is the fate of every single thing in our universe

It means whatever you want it to mean. Determine what your life purpose is then act accordingly.

Whether or not God is real I don’t know. I think that’s largely a personal journey for you to decide. My view at the moment that the perception of God in most religions does not exist, and if an entity does exist it doesn’t empathise with our struggles in the way people say God does.

On a cosmic scale we are nothing. But every action we take can affect something or someone else. So we aren’t nothing.

I think we all WANT some type of higher plane to living, but even if there's not, imagine being John Lennon or Prince. even if you dont believe in the next level, you can create a meaning out of this level

I think alien confirmation would go such a far way in showing people that there's more than this plane of existence, but s/o to our gov't for cučking us

one more thing i want to say is that a lot of peoples assumptions about life/the universe/etc are really narrow

Someone will think about you for the last time in future. Until then, make memories where you can, everybody who tells you they got this life thing all figured out are bullshitting. Life is what you make of it.

i understand the longing for "meaning" in life but i think we got to be honest and realize that there is no way for us to know if there is a meaning that transcends life and that is really the only thing we are able to know about it. that we dont know is the only thing we know

so dont give your life (the only thing you can be certain about) away to some meaning you had to create for yourself (as usually people suggest you to do every time this question is asked) or try to find meaning in spirituality or religion. accept life for what it is and live.
