Personally for me I’ll most likely continue somewhat being a fan.

This man quite literally changed my life at one point and I think it’s impossible for me to just ignore that.

I’ve never idolized Kanye West in the sense that I want to be like him or that he’s some genius who knows all, I always thought that was stupid.

But the way he became the biggest rapper, became e a fashion icon, became one of the greatest artist, and destroyed labels even when people took him as a joke.

His capability to keep believing in himself even when majority of people don’t is inspiring.

But there's the thing, Twitter actually did him a favor by removing that post and muting him because he didn't even get to that part yet. If he gets back on Twitter and doubles down he's f***ed, but if he goes ghost like he typically does he'd probably be alright. Since he doesn't listen to people broker than him maybe Elon could talk some sense into him.

Lol the festival is literally handled by livenation and the local venue, Travis just licenses his name. There’s kids at every major rap concert these days. This festival specifically had absolutely terrible preparation between the available medical staff, security, accessibility to the crowd, and crowd control barriers as a whole.

It’s all well documented and even then Travis was legally obligated to finish the show unless his handlers from livenation said otherwise, since it legally wasn’t his festival but livenations. LiveNation knew what was happening and forced him to finish, Travis possibly didn’t even know what was happening at all until after the show ended because information was withheld.

he also cultivated an ugly culture where he doesn’t do moshpits properly and constantly posts people injured thinking that’s how you mosh. i really fail to see blaming livenation when he hired them to do the festival and he still has to oversee s***. that nigga had no one above 27 die that’s the prime of someone life. he had a f***ing 10 year old. sure livenation gets blame but there’s a reason why other shows affected by covid didn’t have this many deaths due to crushing that were organised by livenation themselves.
