Edit: i like the part that he recorded previously because the track was an old track and he kept that part but the new part he recorded i don’t really like to much. Also Kendricks part sounds like they ripped the verse from another song and just planted it on there and didn’t use the original take and i think they might’ve done that tbh if they didn’t have the original take.

The old part is just the beginning before Kendrick comes on and everything after Kendrick is new. The song was originally from the MBDTF era sessions but never used.
