Yeah for the sake of discussion even if you want to say the pre-covid albums are all good, I think a lot of what you can say about FATD (length, redundancy, lack of cohesion, chasing new gen, immature subject matter), its all there on Scorpion. His natural ability has declined, the subject matter has only gotten more tired over 6 years and hes taking influence a genre thats much worse now than it was pre-covid. The choices that he was making to get him there in 2018 are now hurting him in 2024 imo.

If hes been purposefully handing in mid since 2020, what does the non mid look like exactly?

Is the theory that hes gonna change his whole approach and become a different artist? Or that hes gonna keep making the same choices but the quality will just be good? Im not really buying either
