its not nearly as bad but there's still not a functional national government yet -- the imperialists are terrified of the Arab Jamahiriya returning and have kept the state divided between rival governments, one backed by the turks and qataris and the other by the us and israel. neither supported by libyans.

I saw someone on twitter saying the US basically just lied about all the ceasefire stuff as cover for a war with iran. Which i honestly think is overestimating the US. The US hasnt waged a ground war with a country as strong as iran in modern times. Their just vultures who come to scrape the bones of countries already weakened. If a ground war is launched iran will set fire to isreal. @Snowboy am i off?

iran does feel like a golden goose for trump personally. nothing is ever impossible btw, "geopolitics" people are the biggest tea leaf-reading frauds on earth. imperialism is a totalizing logic, if it will bail capitalism out of a crisis then a war with iran will happen. doesn't mean the US will win but it is what it is.

They will not put a single troop on the ground that would be political suicide for anyone. But the foreign policy establishment/blob is dead set and always has been on destroying iran since they are the biggest threat in the region to israel
so let the right condiitions materialize like a economic crisis or disaster and it could definitely happen

In a move widely regarded as appeasing the israeli regime, Syria's de facto leadership under President Ahmad al-Sharaa (formerly known as Al-Qaeda commander, Abu Mohammad al-Julani) has transferred more than 2,500 classified documents and personal items belonging to Mossad agent Eli Cohen to israeli intelligence.

Cohen infiltrated top levels of Syria's government in the 1960s before being captured and executed in 1965. The operation, carried out ahead of the 60th anniversary of his death, included Cohen's spy gear, forged passports, court documents, and letters.

israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu's office confirmed the Mossad received the trove with the help of a "strategic intelligence partner." This handover marks a symbolic political shift in the new Syrian authorities reversing decades of policy by former Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and surrendering highly sensitive intelligence.

china's role in this whole situation is really underdiscussed because unlike the US they aren't rètardèd about their "PR". i haven't seen a single person virtually anywhere talk about how china used the international wedge between israel and the rest of the globe as an excuse to broker deals with Israel for expanding ports which basically funneled billions into israel's government.
it should also be probably discussed that china is literally providing the labor and materials for the zionist settlements. i'm fascinated by the fact that china's public statements carry virtually no weight. they issue statement after statement condemning zionist colonialism and genocide, writing huge political treaties banning business with settlements etc while all the while state-run enterprises literally prop up zionist institutions.
almost all farms within settlement territory get direct supply from ChemChina. there is no coherent regulated ban from china on service or trade deals with settlements. one of the biggest israeli food producers is literally based physically in settlement territory and is 2/3 owned by china.
this is not to change placed blame on the US, but the fact china has internationally gotten a free pass because they say something other than what they actually do is insane to me

palestinians are not fooled ofc by china's impotent statements or the "beijing agreement", which was on-paper supposed to bring the PLO closer to Hamas' position but has so far been a nothingburger. the fact that Dengism wasnt killed for good by the invasion of Gaza is insulting.
