man who has worked for his money spends it on something he wants 😡 cancel this man 😡
Nononono, people’s indifference to what other people are doing if it doesn’t negatively affect anyone is/should actually be quite common. On the other hand, being concerned with what a celebrity buys for themselves like they have some sort of moral obligation as though they were a pastor buying some sort of private jet is the actual strange thing to be PISSED about.
Not to be rude, the fact that you lack this awareness considering every single other person in the thread is looking at you funny is also a strange thing. People need to realize that celebrity s*** like this is none of your business, especially to the point of being legitimately upset, no matter how much you like their music.
Yeah so again you're just ignoring wealth inequaity as a whole because it's not "directly hurting" anyone which is false. I don't care what the teenagers in this thread think because the internet isn't really a place for legit discussion and is more about appealing to the herd with low effort content.
There's def a correlation with lyrics and wealth too, so I don't wanna hear Frank brag about how rich he is in every song cause that's not what I and most people go to him for. He's too good a storyteller for that anyway.
I'm not angry I'm jusy critiquing the man, and half you guys complain about buying $90 T SHIRTS from the man, well, looks like this watch is partially where that moneys going lmao.

No, you just jump to conclusions far too much. You’ve been doing that the entirety of this thread, even to the point of saying he’s bought the watch to flip it with no indication to get to that conclusion. I never even said “directly affect” so why did you put that in quotations? Wealth inequality negatively effects society which is an entirely different issue from the topic at hand anyway.
And if you actually give a f*** about the wealth inequality, you should’ve phrased your OP like that and idk asked him to donate to some charity or shelter, but you don’t actually care since buying expensive houses and multiple cars is fine because he likes cars, but buying a watch he likes that you don’t now changes your perspective on the issue entirely? In reality, you only care about the lyrical content in his music so stop bro lol.
The internet not being a place for real discussion is something I also don’t agree with but agree to disagree.
lol why tf you get pissed of by other peoples property. their money, their decisions. fullstop.

Alright this is gonna be my last response on the matter and I'll let everything else I wrote speak for itself.
FIrst, I'd argue it's more respectable that he flips the watch as an investment, which is what many people do who collect things in general. If that is the case then I have less of an issue with the purchase because it has a function instead of some superficial flex from a man who should be pretty confident otherwise.
Second, owning real estate in NYC or Southern California is extremely expensive no matter what, so I wouldn't call that superfluous more like circumstantial. Frank has no control over the housing market, and I don't blame him for wanting to live in either city.
Third, Frank's said he would've been a mechanic if he never pursued music, so his passion for cars is something authentic, not just some flex. The BDC mag was basically an automotive themed text.
So the watch thing to me just seems like he's trying to assimilate into the Vogue Met Gala class. From someone who came from the background he did, I don't really like to see that because he knows what having budget your living expenses to survive is like. Franks got a great fashion sense irrespective of this purchase, and like I said I could find a $400 watch that looks more pleasing to the eye.
So yes you're right that I think the lyrical content lately is pretty bland. He mentioned this watch in In My Room, when later in the song he's talking about a relationship turned violent. I hope he focuses on the latter in his new album.
With a lot of celebrities, you can only see what they’re buying from time to time, not what else they might be doing with their money.
Keanu Reeves apparently funded a bunch of children’s hospitals for years and no one knew.
It seems like OP is upset Frank is splurging and not publicly giving back to the community, which, frankly I think is a pretty stupid thing to be upset about.
this is some of the lamest s*** ive ever seen
shut the f*** up bro
You a temporarily embarrassed millionaire for sure lmao. Suck on it

what in the hell does this mean my bro
Bro shut the fucc up, stop pocket watching. This nigga gave us all classics, if he wanna flx he can flex.
If you knew anything about watches, especially those, they retain their value. so yea he spent 150k on it but the resell value is gonna be that or higher if he decides to sell it later on.
