13 is the only weak season

Season 14 was a nice surprise what I thought was a mediocre Season 13. I'm glad that the cast seems to have renewed their passion for the show. I really hope that they keep making episodes until Danny passes away because there's really no shortage of ideas or any limitations as to what they can turn into an episode with these characters.

you sure there isn't a shortage of ideas? because I can't even remember all the times they've essentially redone an episode/idea. There are even episodes where they specifically talk about that..

That's true. They have re-done some ideas, but I feel like those are simple callbacks for fans who appreciate those episodes. I guess what I mean is that the show is pretty loose in continuity and the characters/setting they've created aren't necessarily stuck. I feel like even after fourteen seasons, they can tackle any sort of topics that they choose to.

I really liked "The Gang Texts" where they're at the zoo. that was funny af tbh with everyone peeing on mac and all the texting stuff and frank vs the gorilla and the meerkat ending,

"Waiting for Big Mo" the laser tag episode was also really good.

overall solid season. a nice return to form after last season. sure the show has aged and it's not like it was in its prime but its still a top 3 comedy on TV so I'm all for keeping it going

Man, I can't believe how hard this show fell off after S10.

watching scenes or eps from earlier seasons is bananas. Now there's a lot of talk about the writing and s***. And that's true. But a crazy thing is how much better a lot of other things were. Things that shouldn't be as much of an issue.

I feel like it benefitted more from it's earlier cinematography.

And also.. they somehow got worse at acting. There was a lot of sincerity and a much more distinct feeling of reality in their dialogue. Those off-hand remarks, the off the cuff s***, the reactions. It felt a lot more organic.

When Mac types up an essay just for Dennis to ignore it with a K

Interesting how the gang texts seems to be a divisive episode in here. I’m surprised people didn’t like it, s*** was mad funny IMO

yeah, like you said, it's divisive, cause I'm on the other side of the spectrum and have no idea how anybody could like it. S***'s mega trash to me. To the point were it's not just a "bad sunny episode but still a sunny episode". More a bad tv ep in general.

Literally the dog episode was the only good episode
