Nah man I gave up on reporting the racists on KTT2 for the most part because mods don't even hand em with temp bans it seems like. Which is crazy because it was mods telling me to report them in the first place. Maybe it's because there's too many trash posters on here so mods are getting overwhelmed? But when you see a lot of alot anti-black posts and threads that are opened for close to an hour and they're clearly popping off it's like...what more do you need to see to not ban certain users? It's repeat offenders too so clearly the temp bans ain't working either.

I've spoken with mods before about the issue and how many of them crawl out the woodworks in threads about black women and the hate seems to much more apparent. You can't tell users to report repeat offenders of racism, transphobia, homophobia, and misogyny and then hardly do much about it. There's a reason why it's so rampant and it's because the users know they can get away with it.

mods have a zero tolerance policy for racism, people get banned.

I'm sure you do but naturally you don't see everything. Which is why users be slipping through the cracks. Maybe it's mods not keeping up with what goes on or they think just locking threads solves the issue. But it's wild to see some of the offensive threads and posts that get posted on here. I hardly ever reported on KTT1 and only really started doing it on here because of how outta hand it's been getting.

I just said I gave up on it because it's hardly ever taken care of. I still be reporting people. I reported a few people yesterday for transphobia in the hopes that it's handled. But I still see the users I reported posting casually like nothing happened.

registration has been locked down for months, it's not like there aren a steady stream of new people coming to the site btw

Terrible takes are whatever that just comes with online forums. But it's way too many users who been casually racist, homophobic, and transphobic lately.

I'm guessing if they delete the posts after being reported mods can't see the posts. If that's the case then that explains why there are still alot of trash posters around.

Most other reports are stuff like "move thread" and are less important.

the whole premise of the complaint was based on false assumptions made in a private discord server, and you said you wouldn't contact me directly if you thought there was a problem...

and you haven't reported any racism since that thread. you say you're tired of reporting it, but it actually looks like you've only ever reported a racist post 4-5 times at the most.... and it looks like all of them were handled

if you can give me a list of these incidents and threads etc via DM (ktt2.com/messages) i will go through the logs and look at all these actions, look for patters, etc. and if there's anything that could even possibly be a pattern i'll deal with it, talk about it with nuj and others, etc., and let you know.
