Quit vaping and smoking tobacco after being on and off for a few years, best decision ever. At one point i was at 3-4 packs of cigs worth of nicotine a day in mango juul pods it was brutal. Anybody looking to quit, i wouldn’t of been able to do it without the gum.

It def way easier to consume copious amounts of nicotine in Vapes than in cigs. Where I lived they passed a law so the pods are only 1.5mg instead fo 5 so its not really possible to be doing what i was doing anymore. In my défense I smoked cigs too
