Vaping has been around about 30 years now my man, the whole "vaping was invented in 2013" is a myth, we have about 2 decades of solid research if you look on research databases instead of news outlets like fox or CNN which are never going to give you methods or anything else of importance like who paid for the article. And nicotine itself as well as effects of vapor research goes back even further.
The problem is actual research is paywalled and you don't get taught to how read research or understand validity/credibility unless you went into certain disciplines in college
None of it says it's 100% safe at all, but most numbers are around 92-97% safer than burning tobacco. The real "not enough evidence yet" card is chewing tabacco-less nic pouches imo
