I'd def live in South Florida. Not Miami though. Too much wild s***. I'd live in Miramar, Davie, Sunrise, or Lauderdale Lakes. Maybe I'd hit North Beach in Miami on the weekends, but Ft Lauderdale, Pompano, and Hollywood got good spots to be at. As you get older the debauchery and chaos of Miami loses its appeal. Lotta times you just want somewhere nice and chill.

Broward is not a s***ty place man lol. I grew up in Pines for the most part and that's a great place to live and start a family. Where I live is not s***ty by any means and is right by the beach.
