for real man, always wanted to get chosen by the bang bus to smash violet myers or someone
I’d move to Germany if they had a Black American program or something like that
Isn’t that the hood
southeast slowly getting gentrified like like other parts of dc so you could find a nice spot.
yup
and even downtown is dirty as s***
the only nice parts were near any bay and Coconut Grove. And Coral Gables was dope.
Brickell is downtown now. The area formerly known as Downtown is essentially a ghost town now.
same s***
over the bridge
I’d move to Germany if they had a Black American program or something like that
Curious, why Germany?

yea well the difference is that brickell is very clean and well maintained

Real Florida s*** nigga.
Curious, why Germany?
Nothing specific I’d move to France since they have more black people but I do have an idealistic vision of Germany as some efficient liberal paradise

Niggas only see south beach and think it’s a go
Warm weather, baddies, world-class nightlife
Shocking, Isn’t it?
essentially, the South Florida experience is divided into two:
life west of the 95 is pure urban-sprawl until you hit the middle class suburbs and high middle class ranches (the experience here is utterly car dependent)
the west-of-the-95 experience never looks anything like life in the photos below:
life east of the 95 is more exclusive and where all the " i live where you vacation " people actually live
life east of the 95 is the beach-town vibe/lifestyle-experience that most people envision
being able to walk to the beach/bicycle everyday, (neighborhoods become more walkable over all) great proximity to good food, parks, and of course the beach, bars, and nightlife;
for these reasons: broward and the west palm beach area are great alternatives to Miami especially if you hate traffic.
broward and the west palm beach area also offer lower rents and rising incomes for young adults (25+)
( spacious, calmer, less traffic, cleaner beaches with bluer water, less crowded parks )
tldr: broward s***ting on miami is a tale as old as time and very much continues till this day right now
I’ve seen people say living in Miami ain’t all that tbh. Not a place I’d wanna settle down in anyway.
