But I wish I had this kind of scenario . I’d get a lot done
No you don't . It's terrible.

I've lived on 2-3 hour naps as a parent and it's not living, I'll tell you that. I was like that all last summer and it was hell.
It's OK for a day or two, but once it starts piling up, you might as well just not sleep at all and reset yourself.
Usually I need 6 hours straight through to function.

I can function well on 6 or 7 hours but I need at least one night a week of 8 hours. School is just too much for me to not get sleep at night. It's painful when you can't fall asleep knowing you should be sleeping as you are well prepared for that presentation or test the next day but your body refuses to sleep. I've been getting much better tho over the past 5 or 6 months.
sounds like meth
lol does it? thats what happens when u study for 3 days during exams back in the day lol.
Cant lie playing too much video games has made my mind a bit too focused on it to the point I cant sleep

Its essentially sleep deprivation. Even if you dont use any d****, after 3 days awake you see s*** in the shadows.
Crazy how important sleep is to maintaining our reality.
Meditate exercise and sleeping earlier at a set time everyday also waking up at a set time everyday (pref 6-7 hours later of course)
Try chamomile tea at night
That s*** is acidic and f***s up your teeth if u dont wait an hour between drinking and brushing

It starts to accumulate and take a toll on everything man. Your mood, motivation, energy. Etc.
I slept like a baby yesterday. Yesterday was a 6 am start after 2 hours of sleep so i passed the f*** out.
yeah used to be like you but i took half a xan and since then every night i'm out like a light.
Bro this is not the solution. Youre gonna dig a big hole once that half stops effecting you.
normally Id s*** on you for using "loose" when you meant "lose" but you haven't been sleeping so ill give you a pass
Ur what the world needs ❤
been there myself, idk what it was but it was seriously a depressing period. Did everything suggested to fix it but ultimately i think it was anxiety, i still have a bit of trouble falling asleep now
I had the same problem for a few months. Try aderall the next few days.. in a week youll be tired as s*** as soon as you lay off of them

I cant believe that went over my head lol
Happened to me like 2 weeks ago when I was watching too many conspiracy/unsolved mystery videos.
That was me when i was like 7 but now? Nah
This will sound like a joke but I'm for real
Have you tried reading books?
We live in times where people fall asleep with their smartphones and blue light isn't good for you
I see this with how I sleep
When I'm watching a new series and everyday in my bed I turn off the lights, watch an 1h ep, then check my phone and go to sleep and I wake up irritated around 7AM
When I ditch watching Netflix for couple days and go to bed, read 25 pages and immediately go to sleep I tend to sleep a lot longer and better
But your problems seems a lot tougher so this might not be enough
Also the only time in my life I really had nights where I'd go to sleep and wake up every hour was when I was going through a breakup with someone I was close with
So ask yourself Is there anything bothering you you should resolve that's stopping you from clearing your mind and having a good night sleep?
