Nah...Cole's still Big 3 because of his longevity.
Anyone can have a hot album like Fetty Wap, Cardi B, or Tekashi but Cole's longevity in staying hot and relevant can't be duplicated that well.

I'm here for the hype with first week numbers dying out. We're in the streaming era. What matters/should matter is how much longevity your album can have months after it's release.
