Amazing song. How do you not like an artist yet stay in the thread? J Cole must’ve f***ed your mom or something
He’s mentally ill
Depressed and want niggas to feel as bad as he does
Just a f***ing weirdo
One of those 3

I AM CHARLIE KIRK
what are the duds ?
give me your top 5 on disc 1 real quick
Two Six, Bounce Road, Who TF iz u, Run A Train, Bombs in the Ville phenomenal
I can't get with Poor Thang, The Let Out, or Drum and Bass
I never understood the phrase "It's lonely at the top"
Until I scaled that mountain all the way up 'til it stopped
And if you're ever blessed enough to make it to this spot
You'll see the ones you looked up to unfortunately had to drop
.
The younger generation hellify, no I won't debate it
But they want what I got right now and one day they gon' obtain it
Really wish we got more songs relating tk the concept of rappers actually falling off, so much potential available for that content because Lonely At The Top is amazing
What country song is on here other than the sample of one on the intro?
And he makes a point to cut it off with gun shots followed by an entire album of Fayetteville anthems to replace that local song of theirs
You’re both weird which is why you get a response like that back. Punk b****
I aint gon lie. i forgot what we was even talking about. you irrelevant though
and rap fans are beyond annoying. if the next cole project sucks, that's what people will remember him by instead of all the art he gave to push the genre forward.
How did Cole push the culture? I think he’s a top tier emcee but he’s always been a standard rapper that doesn’t venture out like that
I ran that album and FHD back last Saturday and tbh those 2 albums are the ones I think might age the best out of his discography to people who don’t care to dig deep through everything and just want to get a grasp of who Cole was to the game in his prime
Off Season is Cole’s only album with no skips. It’s clicked with me too that none of it feels rappity rap, feels like Cole was confident and comfortable where he was. Even tho I like tracks like Firing Squad it’s got a hint of like…Logic in it that makes it come off trying too hard…just a lil
meh part of me thinks people just dont want to move on. there are some dope rappers that can really spit and people ignore them due to the stardom of the big 3. zoomers and millennials cant move on to me.
Who’s really spitting like that tho..
obsessed with The Let Out right now. he really left his comfort zone on that and it worked
Funny how Drake and Cole have both interpolated the same DMX and TI songs
(How’s it goin down & 24s)
this is literal melatonin in audio form, no jokes
disappointing that this was the project he's been hyping all his career

Nobody under 30 has what it takes unfortunately

They were raised to not have what it takes.

Neither do a lot of the old guys. Tired of hearing people say they're too old to rap. Billy Woods and Black Thought and Aesop Rock are going to rap until the day they die. F*** a podcast

Yeah I definitely agree with you. You don't see other genres doing that bullshit. Hip hop has been killing itself in so many different ways.
