I personally like it but I know it's one of his most polarizing songs. However, I think he stepped up big time on Born Sinner which remains my favorite Cole project to this day.

I mean, you gotta admit that he changed direction after FHD, I personally feel his hook game has devolved over the years, his production was better back then and he's trying too hard to stay in the conscious/neoboomer lane now. He's still good but I wish he could capture that Born Sinner vibe again, it felt way more authentic to me.

Born Sinner is the definition of mid, every other song is filler.
FHD on the other hand is borderline classic.
