    from 3?

Oh thought you meant from the field overall

Ja's 3pt% isn't his true percentage... made less than 1 on like 2 attempts per game or something. Eye test clearly shows Trae being the better 3pt shooter don't need to look at stats for that

Because he handles the ball 99% of the time so usually your turnover rate will be pretty high

And I don't even see the correlation between turnovers and passing ability

You don’t see the correlation? So Trae is getting plucked all game or passing it to whoever? Turnovers gotta come from somewhere

    That's fair

I do agree you won't win many games the way Trae plays

He will have to learn to adjust

He'll never be a great defender though, he's just a tad too small

I think he can be a solid defender if he really goes after it. Chris Paul isn't physically imposing either and he's been an all NBA defender. Trae could be a decent defender if he works at it. At the least he can be a solid help defender and cut lanes and options from guys. I don't expect him to be a great defender in his career but he absolutely can get better than he is now.

Ja might be better but I love Trae's game

Ja's defensive ceiling is way higher and his play making is probably a smidgen better

trae's scoring is something else tho

Going to need a few years to definitively choose but Trae dropping 30/4/9 in his second season has me leaning towards him for now.

it's 29, and also a horrible volume shooter at 43%...and someone itt said he's a god tier passer? cause of 9apg?

  • I'd rather have Ja tbh
