I'm still howling at the fact that the first sign of life from this guy after years was him in a helmet and vest

Would love for them further that lush electronica sound heard on Genevieve or those pulsating bass rhythms on Jasmine. The entire sequencing of the production from the glitches, rapid drums and kicks, random lasers and samples make it timeless.
Of course I don't expect them to copy-paste these formulas into their current music but I feel like Jai left that sound with unfinished business, there's so much more there to explore and provide and I'm certain he can push the foundation he built even further.
Even tracks like All Night, one of his more minimal productions has this magical vibe around it, like it's floating in your earbuds or sound system.
I absolutely love DYLHN & He but I really wanna see what their take on 2020 music is because we've seen them channel D'Angelo, Prince and Phil Colins a lot with these PI releases.
I can definently feel that. I'd love for him to expand more on the sounds on Zion Wolf, Vibin, and Chix. That chill mellow 2077 cyberpunk vibe
I got chills the first time hearing that part and realizing it was him, seriously thought we'd never hear from him again
I still get chills when i hear that. That song is the perfect song to fall asleep to. & it was such a big moment, it was the first time Jai was ever on a track since the leak.
I had lost hope until I read how enamored they were with what D'Angelo did with Black Messiah - take that long and master his craft. It was then that I really learned that these guys aren't in the industry to make a quick buck or two, they're here to make the best art possible and leave a lasting legacy. If we ever hear that album it'll definitely be worth the wait.
Exactly! That restored faith in him dropping again for me as well too. He's just on his own path, navigating it his own way.

mans bought a nightclub and turned it into a whole creative incubator.
