Not everyone is a rapist and a murderer but what's worse? having someone that stole some clothes on the same cell as a rapist or having rapists in the playgrounds where kids play out in the open????

Detention is necessary, but a lot of nonviolent crimes shouldn't require it and rehabilitation should be a major component of that detention.

Sociopaths are made as a result of their social circumstances

Psychopathy is a condition you are born with

But not all people born with that condition kill people
