I kind of excuse the like tie in soundtrack stuff because I’d never really play any of those over the originals. Even if they got a 1:1 Bob replica. Especially since they (impressively) recreated the recording techniques, fidelity, instrumentation. It’s literally just the songs with a different guy on it

If the actual film scenes with the whole package of the on stage performance/mannerisms/physicality works, then I excuse the mid Bob singing acting. But if that stuff is bad too then I’m ready to give Tim the L
