New blacks on Twitter acting like what he saying is outta pocket. For most black Americans, even without an extended family, once they get a high paying job, or at least what’s considered a high paying job in relation to their family, you become the breadwinner of the entire family, usurping your father and mother. The burden of financially supporting the family sorta de facto falls onto you. Magnify that by 10x if you have numerous cousins and close family friends who all come from a relatively impoverished background.
