We'll use Google. Larry Page and Sergey Brin are the cofounders of Google who are billionaires.
What skeletons do they have in their closet? They became billionaires because they developed a powerful algo that made searching content and websites easier.
Google's simple user interface also helped it dominate the market compared to it's competitors at the time.
You become a billionaire based on the value, skills, or services you provide. The more people use your service or benefit from your skills, the more money you make.
4.3 billion users worldwide use Google and Google is able to monetize that using ads/services.
Google is a very valuable company worth billions, which means Larry Page and Sergey Brin are worth billions.
No skeletons in the closet. Educate yourself and stop with the conspiracy s***.

If I give you something in exchange for something, then everyone benefits.
In exchange for Google having access certain users information, you get better search results and better advertising tailored to you.
Google has a terms of service about this.
Now if they do something like crazy with that data like Facebook did, then they need to be held accountable.
it's about checks and balances.
If someone has a problem with your data being used, people have options on getting a search engine that doesn't use their data.

Billionaires get these tax breaks because America has incentives for businesses. When you have a successful business in America, you get tons of benefits. That's what the country was founded on. Don't like it? Try to move to another country.
Capitalism also allows someone to start a software company and turn it into a 6 figure business and support themselves and their families.

No it sounds like we're arguing about 2 different things.
Heres what im saying
Capitalism is essential for America.
All the points and issues you and everyone else raised about ppl struggling is valid and serious but just because someone is a billionaire doesn't mean they exploited someone. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesnt.
It's usually not exploitation. I provide you this service and you give me money. Solve a problem and you can be profitable.
More problems you solve or more people use your service, wealthier you become.
If any billionaire missuses information, gets too big, or hurts consumers, govt steps in and pass laws to control it.
Simple.
You don't seen to be aware of the corporate takeover of US government which happened in the 20th century
