or at least approach with a different level of respect than running up like a fan

The software engineers who helped Google become what it is got rewarded through equity and are multi millionaires and got promoted to senior positions and the current engineers who are working on Google right now are paid very well (267k - 1 million) .So please don't use the "poor pay; they're gettin exploited" argument.
What you're saying doesn't apply to alot of billionaires.

Man, I read through the thread. Twitter is weird af and not reality. Generational wealth is for immediate family so wife, parents, siblings, and kids. The entitlement is hilarious. 99% of the time, cousins have nothing to do with how you build wealth and if they do, some type of partnership prob installed. This is silly

Imagine you take a risk and start a business, work hard, become so successful that you become a billionaire only to have people ask you for money every day.
Then you go to your family for thanksgiving and they're asking for $4800 so they can turn it into millions. Your a successful businessman whose trying to explain to this family member it doesn't work that way and you wont give them the money and then they say you don't support them.
Then people on twitter try to paint you as an evil person because you don't constantly want to give money to family, especially to support some scam s***/failed business idea on a holiday where you're suppose to be thankful.
Then you have people saying you should be shot simply because you have money and they don't.

Again Twitter ain’t real life. Because all this is relative. If I was that rich, I’d pay for events or something like that or family with college tuition, invest in a company by a family member but I’m not paying for no bs plays. We'll use Google. Larry Page and Sergey Brin are the cofounders of Google who are billionaires.
What skeletons do they have in their closet? They became billionaires because they developed a powerful algo that made searching content and websites easier.
Google's simple user interface also helped it dominate the market compared to it's competitors at the time.
You become a billionaire based on the value, skills, or services you provide. The more people use your service or benefit from your skills, the more money you make.
4.3 billion users worldwide use Google and Google is able to monetize that using ads/services.
Google is a very valuable company worth billions, which means Larry Page and Sergey Brin are worth billions.
No skeletons in the closet. Educate yourself and stop with the conspiracy s***.

This is another thing that needs to be addressed.
Jay-z doesn't have a billion in the bank. He's worth that because of his assets and companies that he has a stake in.
If you're saying no one should be a billionaire, then you're saying companies shouldn't be worth billions of dollars. If you go that route and cap companies at a billion dollars, then they will not be able to grow. If they don't grow, then they eventually go bankrupt since alot of them are filled with debt.
Also billions are spent every year fighting starvation by the UN. People are still starving.
You can't stop starvation simply by throwing money at it. it's more complicated than that.
