Somehow, after getting half a million people killed from corona, becoming the reigning champ of drone strikes, throwing kids in cages at a rapid clip, and backing genocides in Yemen, Cuba, Venezuela, and Somalia, Joe Biden ended up f***ing up worse. The Democrats have fundamentally changed nothing, nor do they intend to, from Trump's era of policymaking, and have dumped money into bloated military budgets, police budgets, and the Pentagon, at a higher rate than any prior president. 200,000+ people have died from covid under the Biden admin and this moron hasn't even been in power for 9 months. He's worsened relations with Cuba, he's continuing the bombing spree in Somalia, he tightened sanctions on Venezuela, he raised the ICE budget, he has militarized the coast of China, he threatened to wage war on American citizens, he's raised police spending, he blocked raising minimum wage, he tightened sanctions on North Korea and Syria, he defended Israel during on of their worst bombings in recent history on Palestine, the price of regular s*** is skyrocketing domestically, he allowed the eviction moratorium to expire, he's merely postponed a government shutdown, he completely botched the pullout from Afghanistan, he's got cowboys whipping Haitian migrants. He's done all of this in less than 1 year as president.

• The COVID situation was already botched. You really think there's anything he could have done since January of this year that would have done any good? We're at a point now where every push towards battling the COVID crisis is a push closer towards a revolution/civil war.

• He tried to put a pause on deportations back in February and a Trump-appointed judge not only blocked THAT request, but essentially denied him the opportunity to ever request such a thing again.

So idk if I could really say he's worse than Trump. Off policy alone? Probably. But Trump mobilized and empowered the worst and most ignorant group of Americans there is, furthering the bipartisan stalemate and spiking tensions across the country.

Biden's poor leadership, increase in government spending in seemingly every area EXCEPT those that could stimulate the economy, and his failure to safely complete the removal of troops from Afghanistan are all pretty damning though

He got out of Afghanistan and put an end to a 20yr war, even if it was botched. Yes, he's s*** but Afghanistan alone is better than anything Trump did. Even though Trump made the deal with the taliban you are out of your mind if you think he would have actually pulled out. Afghanistan was destined to fail because we did nothing for 20 years except kill civilians, protect poppy fields and empower child rapist warlords. Everyone knew it. Trump would have been too afraid of the backlash and being seen as a loser to pull out because even he knew it. Biden took the L because that's what he's always done and the world is better for it.

Biden was the VP for 8 years of the war during several moments it was already a lost cause. In addition, because of the extent of the failure, he gave the Trump administration credit for making the deal and said he was only following them so they could take part of the blame. There's not much riding for him on this issue and he's a part of the problem it existed

The drone strikes are awful and the political prop drone strike they did against afghanistan (the falsely reported ISIS K hit) was inhumane and unforgivable i’ll give you that. On that front they’re the same, same as most US presidents.
