    Its understandable that the Dems wouldnt want to commit to one iteration of UHC which is undoubtedly the hardest to pass.

    Ultimately the bill needs to get past the likes of Lamb and Manchin. The moderate bloc of the party is bigger than the liberal.

    A sizeable portion of that is made up recent nigerian americans, jamaican americans etc and so on.

    U go to a place like nyc and atleast half of all black people there have a Caribbean background

    Thats a different outlook than generational southern blacks

    Although we do all skew democrat there is a difference based on ethnicity and geography on how progressive we are. West coast and east coast black people of all backgrounds tend to be progressive
