I’d actually say thats assault, you need consent to do anything that you do with your partner sexually and even then it’s not the same as stealthing

There are many health risk that come along with taking off a condom during s***without consent that your partner did not agree to, hence why you can sue and even press charges in some places against somebody for doing it

Law doesn’t coincide with morality. Most of us could give a s*** about the law in most circumstances. Like I never gave a s*** that they told me that I couldn’t smoke weed. Not going to pretend to care now cause it’s the “law”.

Kind of dumb though cause a condom doesn’t protect you from all the possibilities anyways. When you signed up to have s***with someone, condom or no condom, you are agreeing to whatever comes with it.

That’s why our parents always said get married and tested first before having sex. Condom doesn’t protect or prevent you from everything, just like a Covid mask. It lowers your chances of preganancy or disease but it does not eliminate the possibility.
