violating terms of consent is rape
i was asking how its rape because i was unaware, after people responding ive learned its literally not rape but it is sexual assault
you use rape and SA interchangeably i get it
i do not. thats all
True, rape is forcible penetration in my book. He had consent for that, just not for the no condom part, which is sexual assault.
Niggas arguing the semantics of rape and sexual assault
I don’t understand why people like you do this? Like using correct words is a problem
violating terms of consent is rape
you are oversimplifying the nature of rape.

So if you having s***with a girl and she says don’t smack my butt cause it hurts, but out of habit you get a smack in anyways. It’s rape now? Big leap bro

word like if your girl tells you not to c***on her face and you do it anyway is that some kind of sexual assault or are you just being a f*** nigga?
you are oversimplifying the nature of rape.
The law also makes it clear that it's rape if:
Someone removes a condom without the other person’s permission – or lies about putting one on in the first place. This is commonly known as ‘stealthing’.

I’d actually say thats assault, you need consent to do anything that you do with your partner sexually and even then it’s not the same as stealthing
There are many health risk that come along with taking off a condom during s***without consent that your partner did not agree to, hence why you can sue and even press charges in some places against somebody for doing it
folks arguing with the law with these goofy hypotheticals
Stealthing literally isn’t even a crime in the US, let alone rape

They just really don't wanna look dumb and wrong on a forum let em rock.

Law doesn’t coincide with morality. Most of us could give a s*** about the law in most circumstances. Like I never gave a s*** that they told me that I couldn’t smoke weed. Not going to pretend to care now cause it’s the “law”.
What he did was assault in my book not rape. Still bad obviously and whatever happens happens, but I’m not calling dude a Taoist for it just cause the law said so. Law doesn’t dictate my morality or opinions.

Well you the ones looking dumb cause in the US stealthing isn’t even a crime

if what you described is a mistake thats genuine and you don’t do it again then no, that isn’t the same as purposely lying about using a condom
Assault is a very charged word so people get defensive. Look at assault like a spectrum instead.
Fellas trying to act all high and smart
Stealthing isn’t considered a crime In the United States. Only California has codified stealthing an offense—however, it’s only a civil offense. That means the victim can sue the perpetrator, but it’s not considered a crime.

we aren’t talking about opinions we’re talking about definitions lol
if you wanna just decide what words mean that’s cool but you will look like a moron

Kind of dumb though cause a condom doesn’t protect you from all the possibilities anyways. When you signed up to have s***with someone, condom or no condom, you are agreeing to whatever comes with it.
That’s why our parents always said get married and tested first before having sex. Condom doesn’t protect or prevent you from everything, just like a Covid mask. It lowers your chances of preganancy or disease but it does not eliminate the possibility.

I dont know where you live but in America you'd be hard pressed to find a girlfriend who would press sexual assault charges on her boyfriend for j***ing on her face. she'd half heartedly call you an a****** and that would be that. consensual s***is not the stringent legal contract you are making it out to be.

Language is very subjective. Which is why words are added or definitions changed all the time in the dictionary, but keep letting them tell you what to think.
