Basically that Jay Elec has been living off a limited amount of music for awhile and got elevated to goat status off very little music and has never been forced to go through the adversity other artists have had to go through over sustained periods of time to prove their worth.
And that the album he waited ten years to drop is actually trash and Hov washed him on most of it.
