You're at the mercy of their algorithm. Spotify is essentially no different from YouTube anyway in regards to censorship and what they deem "acceptable" so it doesn't really matter anyway.

Feel like the number gotta be higher than that. They paid Bill Simmons almost $200m allegedly. JRE is far and away the #1 Podcast in the world by any metric.

But then again I think they might’ve paid more to own Bill Simmons podcast network, Joe just signed a licensing deal.

Which podcasts are bigger? Asking genuinely as a total ignoramus on the subject

I only rly see Rogan’s podcast shared around on social media so I always figured it was doing crazy numbers

Joe Rogan’s podcast is the #1. Almost 200m monthly downloads. Any other podcast is a distant 2nd.

When Bill Simmons had his deal he was at 100m monthly downloads.

    So JRE is the biggest??

Then what did you mean by saying it’s not #1 in the world by any metric? Or am I just misreading?
Edit: (Nvm I see what you meant lmao my bad scratch this)

Also where could I find those kind of numbers for podcasts?

JRE numbers available on YouTube. So everybody can see what he does.

Everyone else idk. Depends on the podcast. There’s no site that aggregates all of it from what I know.

They probably gave Bill Simmons a bigger bag up front because they bought the network, not just licensing.

Joe probably gonna make another 150m+ from the back end.

they didnt bought the Joe Rogan Podcast, they only licensing the podcast for couple of years, they don't own the show, that's the big difference, if joe dont like to be on spotifiy he can switch back to youtube once the contract is over

    CKL TML

fell off after the game changers docu maker humiliated him and his expert

He really messed up on that. He should've had each guest on for their own episode and then have them debate. it was an unfair debate

what have they done to joe apart from not letting him show animal fight videos or whatever. as far as words coming out of his mouth hes never had to censor himself.

Eddie bravo called joe out for cutting out parts of his episode. Joe censors himself. we just don't know how much is his personal belief or how much is fear of youtube cracking down on him. YouTube has made it clear they don't want "conspiracy" channels representing their brand.
