I don't think punchline Rap makes you "real rap" automatically
Besides Dark Sky and Detroit, most of his music is party, pop and frat rap minus a few outliers of the occasional song or feat - until the last few years of the 2020s
He is like just a tier above Travis, majority of the time
its okay if you didnt follow his career but to reduce him to just pop/party/frat raps is laughable
arguably the biggest hip hop moment of the 2010s was a Sean record lol
he’s one of the few mainstream acts to rap with the best of the previous generation and the current generation
