One Of Us was def my favourite on first listen but all said and done I think Eulogy is gonna end up being my favourite
The abstract spiritual theme plus the vibe of the whole track hits soooo different man
ayo that teenage cock line was terrible ngl
I wanted to take it slow
He wanted to take it as fast and deep as he could go, pause

It’s got the best hook on the album for me
Feels like Joey finished his story with this one idk where he goes from here
The breezy track smooth af f*** yall
Guess it was a bit too mellow. First and second track, the singles before the album release, and the joint with Westside are my favorites. Rest was either alright-eh for me. 7.8/10

He's still young, he's only 27. I'm sure he'll get some inspiration for more content just from life in general.
It needed a banger forsure tho. Some hard NY s*** that’s what he was missing

from Reddit AMA:
*Most difficult part was deciding on a name. I had the idea of ‘2000’ at the back of my mind for a long time but over the course of 5 years in the making, it definitely wasn’t my go to direction at first. But once I made the decision to name it 2000 it made everything so much easier because I then knew what music to go with. I probably recorded over 200 songs in the last 5 years and it’s always a stressful process narrowing music down to 10-14 tracks. Especially if you’re undecided on a direction.
As far as features I just go with whatever comes naturally. Everybody featured is either really the homie or we just had an organic session and the stars aligned.*
This meaning he just improvised the 'sequel to 1999' idea? sounds bad
Never heard a Joey project before but listening to this cause I been watching Mr Robot and he was in it
