Technically he's a good rapper, but I agree he's bland.
J cole wont last bro is falling off a cliff the only reason hes able to survive is cause he stopped being a b**** and collabs with new rappers to give him life force lmao
the only reason drake survived as long as he has cuz he steals new sounds and puts on the new rappers cuz he knows whats coming
be like drake
How old are you? I'm just wondering because these opinions you have are actually flat out incorrect.

I'm 20
I'm 20
I don't believe that. Just be honest man
I'm not gonna argue with you anymore, I'm just curious about some of your opinions.
It's okay if.youre younger, not gonna make fun of you
Bruh come on man. I fw Joey but to say he’s the only one... come on man
1999 a classic

not sure where the plant comes from but regardless cordae has the potential to make a classic

I feel like he's just sort of an extension of Cole. He's not a bad rapper though.
Yeah maybe if you never heard 90s hip hop
Nah, he's right. 1999 is truly a 2010's classic. Joey was 17 when he wrote that, he perfectly captures NYC on that tape

Idk if I ever saw someone get such a big push out of nowhere. Atlantic went crazy for him, it’s insane that he got a Grammy nomination

Watch My Back, Freewave 3, & days b4 3 are his goat projects rn
If you listened to him a long time ago he sounds nothing like he use to
I think Joey is cool so this is with no beef intended, but Joey has not, respectfully, dropped a classic yet. Denzel Curry probably has, Uzi probably has, Carti definitely has, Milo definitely has (if you're into underground rap). those are a few off the top who are around his age range and have dropped what will probably go down as classics in the future. Bars aren't everything.
Like I said, Joey is cool tho. I def could see him dropping a classic one day.

i mean he's apart of YBN and they had a few memorable records from 2018 then he started buzzing. Rappers cosign talent all the time and try to push them that's not being a plant. A plant is some random dude coming out of nowhere with no noticeable records or affiliation with anyone them blowing up. Chance more of a plant than him

1999 had no real impact on rap at all. Joey never capitalized on his buzz after 1999
