sheeeeeeesh, had no idea. well in that case, how would you say it stacks up to the other parts? i’m still only halfway thru Stone Ocean lol
depending on how it ends, it might be my favorite part. really enjoying it.
though i really gotta re-read it at some point. think i picked up jjl towards the end of 2015, so i've forgotten a ton of stuff
If jojolion sticks the landing then it may be up there as one of my favorite parts. The mystery standpoint definitely helps with waiting for next chapters
if i had to guess, maybe 10 or so? i'm sure someone else could give a better estimate. regardless, it's def in the end game rn
I would say 15-20. I cant see them wrapping up jobin and the mother in 10.
Also Joshuu redemption coming always supported.

yeah, that's prob the most realistic guess. still another 18-24 months
actually REALLY curious to learn more about tooru, seeing as he looks to be the final villain

He is definitely the best looking main villain in any anime series lmfao

He is so f***ing fabulous that I am a f***ing idiot for not seeing that he could be the main villain
Those reddit niggas who called Crazy Train's power, design (as it relates to Satoru) and relation to Love Train gotta be feel big brained eggheads rn

Ive been guessing 10 for like 3 chapters, I really feel like at least 12 more now. I just think we gotta factor in Caato somehow (IDK why I trust Araki like that though)
I think this standoff we currently in gonna be like 3 more chapters itself
I think the writing on this part, and specifically the past couple arcs, is just f***ing incredible. I'm starting to get Isayama AOT levels of mind f***ery
i'm caught up on the manga but i realised i have no idea whats going on when i read it
need those HD visuals to explain how the stands actually work

nah, seeing how its going we prob have like 3 mor ch in the doc arc
need to wrap up the whole jojo and holly type thing (at least 2 or 3 ch)
wrap up the hideshitakas like 3 or 4 min and actually spoiler here: so is the dad (not puzzle dad) just dead now post doc?? what a weird way to do a character
payoff for a ch or 2
and there needs to be at least 1 more stand battle with stakes so thats at least 7 or 8 ch

it was jarring to when I got to part 8 and ran out of animated joints. Like my comprehension of what I was reading dropped completely

Norisuke's intentionally ambiguous, I would imagine there's a very grand reason we skipped to the future to see how he was doing

Now WHAT it is, IDK. But it seems like Tooru has some ability to put things in surfaces and they can travel like that, kinda like what he did in the Higashikata estate to bait Jobin. However, whatever that was seemed to be a part of Tooru's stand, since it counted as pursuing him. Hitting this insect evidently didnt count as pursuing the HD himself, at least based on the dialogue b/t him and Josuke at the end

Ah yeah, I didn't read that part of your post my b. However, think back to the same time skip chapter I referenced Who's the only Higashikata not shown in that chapter?? :khaled2:
Where is Stone Ocean?
I know the studio that worked on part 5 took up Fire Force, so that's why it wasnt getting worked on after that ended. And since it wasnt getting worked on by them at that point, I don't see how it could be in a position to be announced with the pandemic.
5 ended basically in August, Fire Force ran from early July to the end of December, s*** started shutting down on that side of the world in..February? So yeah...I just think the pandemic messed up the opportunity to get started
