In terms of scope, definitely

Although “Love Train” is still an incomparably insane stand, in its own way

We won’t see that animated for another 6 years though lmao

D'arby fights might be my favorite in the whole series

Iggy v Pet Shop, forgot how amazing this one was

“RAISEEEE?!!” Prolly still my favorite non-Dio or Jotaro moment

You can really tell how much s*** Araki was throwing against the wall with some of these stands

Also, I just noticed that we have at least 4 straight parts with a healer stand in the main cast

They did a wonderful job of explaining Dragon’s Dream

Any time a cast member goes against the antagonist dolo, you can just go ahead and chalk them up as outta there

It’s scary impressive to me how much this antagonist out-thinks the cast. Not to say others didn’t but

Part 3’s villain was untouchable by any of SC’s members individually (until hax), Part 4’s was perfectly built for the format of that part, and Part 5’s was basically like 3

But this stand/villain probably gets crushed in a fair one by half of the good guys, and half of the good guys don’t really have particularly abnormal fighting stands. He has to use intellect to account for that gap

also very impressive how they made a stand as normal seeming as Stone Free basically comparable with what was the strongest stand in the part at the time. Araki’s creativity with her threads was wonderful

I have a feeling anyone who's read 6 can understand the two scenes I'm depicting w/o using spoilers

the duality between her making the choice she did and him making the choice that he did, those two scenes coupled together is arguably the best moment in the entire franchise

S/o the GOAT Polnareff

Technically he went 1/2 in those instances

Diavolo was truly a brutal mfer, they did a wonderful job of showing how savage a mafia would be in that part

Considering that 1 was Dio....... Polnareff the GOAT

so they've covered 101 chapters roughly in two batches, which leaves 57 to go

the scope of some of what they have to do with Dio's sons and Heavy Weather || makes me think they'll knock out everything up until || Cape Canaveral, then they'll just do a mini batch

I know 38 eps is all that is confirmed, and that's about what the previous two got, but I feel like you need a bit more

I've refreshed like 7 times to make sure that's properly spoil tagged
