Morbius was bad in a ridiculous and goofy way where you could maybe laugh at how bad it was. This isn’t in your face bad — most of it is pretty competent actually — it’s just a nothingburger. Nothing is there. Nothing really seems to matter.

The dwarf gentleman absolutely stole the show though

Just saw the movie and its really good. I heard that people were saying its bad but I didn't see any reviews or anything. I think most people don't get what Todd was doing in the movie with the Joker as a character and how we as the audience are part of the story.

Musical numbers were too high tho and thats the biggest negative. Could've halved them and leave the best ones in like the one in the courtroom. Didn't really enjoy Gaga that much either. I liked the movie overall as much as the first one if not more.

Like something that made sense, ACTUALLY tied back to his actions in the first movie and the consequences (yes i know he was in jail and joker fanatics were in the streets still but it gave an example of how it affected people he knew) and he knocked it out of the park.

I think he would have preferred to leave it at 1 because 1 was clearly just more effort and vision but I don't think he could say no to the payday. He will still get jobs based on joker 1 and hangover movies

Todd should have dove deeper into the riot/anarchy side of joker like when he got freed after the crash in the first one and then after the scene in the court house when he gets in the car. Those scenes and maybe have Gaga as a bonnie and clyde type of s*** would have made $2b but instead we got this s***. Honestly outside of the dance numbers and singing wtf did gaga even do in this movie. Neither performance was all that. S*** puddles had performance of the movie if we being honest

Part of me also thinks and maybe this is giving way too much credit but seeing how unstable society is actually getting they don’t want to be blamed for like more school shootings or domestic terror etc so they took the “everything was a delusion. fake”
