Tbh. It was a cool movie but it wasnt amazing or so. Kinda felt boring at times even
The Batman is a way better standalone DC movie

Yeah, this. It’s a pretty entertaining but flawed character study. As a narrative, it’s messy, but it has some great standalone scenes. Such as: The bathroom dance, entering the fridge, and the finale with Murray.

I feel like The Joker works better as a character study than The Batman works as a mystery. At no point in The Batman was I like ooooooh, let’s see where this mystery goes. It just kept telling me s*** without making me feel it. This is what’s happening, this is why this character is important, this is the answer to the riddle… It just felt like a bunch of boring fluff to get us to that scene where Batman takes on the goons and has the realization about his approach.
Did you like Taxi Driver better or the Joker
Angel Heart is better than both
I really can’t imagine Joker from the movie Joker interacting with Harley. Gonna be interesting. And maybe bad
wonder what stories gaga will come up with this time to explain how deeply she got into her role
huh
whole movie gonna be like the staircase scene
weirdly in af
huh
At least theyre doing something different
In
What if it’s like the Les Mis movie where it’s all sang ON set with imperfect and human voices
But with violent ass scenes happening on screen
And then it goes into jokers perspective and it’s a full band and lights and a stage etc
Edit: I actually think this is 100% what it’s gonna be
it being a musical is the first thing that has gotten me interested in this movie, as someone that was lukewarm on the first film aside from Joaquin's role
