    He stole the beat from someone on YouTube, Lied in multiple interviews about how he came up with the beat then got on stage and told the original producer to kill himself for asking for credit

    Wow. The best was the only thing I liked i thought the sample was a cool idea

    This is a case by case thing

    “Who’s being sampled” and “Who’s the person sampling them” are super important details

    Artists with the means of clearing samples should clear samples. Especially in scenarios like this where the band is insanely obscure and basically make nothing from their art

    Travis actually just did this exact same thing on Jackboys 2

    Also with jpegs track record, I don’t believe a single thing the dude says

    You don't believe a thing JPEG says because you have a grudge against him

    Meanwhile I gave three examples of songs that are Gold certified, each with 100s of millions of streams by an artist who has made billions of dollars & it's crickets because it's not someone you have a hate fetish against

    Will you enter every Kanye thread because of the samples he didn't clear? No you gotta grow up

    Why do you assume I think Kanye is right? He’s not, The s*** with Aphex Twin is really f***ed. They straight up lied and tried to say it wasn’t a sample

    I said in my post if you have the means to clear a sample then do it

    Stealing a sample doesn’t make the song bad
