Ngl tho I remember on the site with the scans there was a comment after mahoraga sukuna fight that predicted the Megumi Yuji swap. And many fellas called that person out cause they all said only yuji could contain sukuna etc. and ima be real its still wild to me how that all went given that yuji being the vessel was the event that set of the entire story. However looking at colony 1 arc where yuji was basically absolved of his guilt by Higurama, while Megumi was cursed by Reggy. It was all so beautifully done.

Gege has a kind of poetic way of doing things. Ill try ro keep that in mind when theorizing for myself a bit

Gege took me by surprise because I am a big critic for most manga out now, and came in this with bias that it wouldn’t be good, but I think my love for his work is he isn’t cliché and is such a great writer. This is how I envisioned shonen to be after the big 3. He may reach AOT hype (as in how anticipated the wrap up will be) in modern times with a few more plot twists and I believe he can deliver. In this manga there’s not really any moment I hate from it even if I think hard about it. Definitely a top 5 shonen for me of all time, and honestly it teeters with senien themes, I love it.

I’m not sure on what’s to come because honestly unless he’s planning to rush the ending, I can’t predict at all what will happen but it’s fun to theorize, just to be wrong next chapter leak lol

Mine too, once I saw I was staying up to catch leaks I knew it wasn’t because this was any ordinary reading experience but that I was hooked. I’ll reread chapters or rewatch episodes because they are extra enjoyable. Gege different lol

Just how controversial was the AOT manga ending

Up until the last chapter it had GOT hype and everyone was calling it some of the greatest literature known to man. It was probably the highest any manga ending hype ever was due to how great the climax was done, so when the ending wasn’t what people wanted it was an absolute devastation and clowning on the author saying he fumbled so hard. You couldn’t look up anything about AOT for so long without just straight hate from the letdown.

There was no flexing knowing more done here. More of a “wait until y’all see what’s to come” to get you eager for your future read which you literally can know now. Anime onlies only exist up until the season is over then you all transition to the manga. Then you will be caught up too. Not like the things which are said spoiled you, plus you’ll probably know it soon enough. I know damn well you aren’t just watching the anime for the whole series. It’s not going to be done until 2028 or some s*** whereas the manga might be done next year.

Believe it or not, most people do not jump into the manga just because the season ends lmao

So you will be fine waiting until 2030 for this story to conclude when you could know it all then watch it later as a manga reader? Being a manga reader lets me know if waiting that long is worth it.
