Because of Sukuna’s fight, we expanded on a bunch of characters. Kusakabe was just an irrelevant character you thought wasn’t going to get any screen time, but not only did he formulate plans, be the main a\*\*\*yst, he is now helmed the strongest grade 1 and about to have his own fight. They were all going to lose because Sukuna is Sukuna but credit is still being given when props are due.

Yutaka Nakamura immediately came to mind in this Maki fight soon as I saw her kick that block out the pillar :allears:
