Gojo said he was going to win for the record twice. Like that the author didn’t make him out to be wrong in this way and kept his superiority this whole time rather than the cliche big enemy appears and stomps the sensai.

I like the unpredictability the series brings, there’s no way the story can continue if Sukuna dies now and Gojo lives, unless Gege really wants to end it this year which I truly hope he’s not rushing lol but we know Sukuna has his CT, Yorozu’s gift, and a binding vow with Kenjaku so one of them is his trump card. And plus Yuji is destined to fight Sukuna so something is going to occur. Maybe Sukuna leaves Megumi’s body and turns into Heian Sukuna. All I know is a twist is about to happen and I like Gojo winning because it’s fitting to his character and then Sukuna being a slick and slimy villain who somehow is a sore loser and cheats. This can be a bittersweet victory quickly.

Its like we are exactly at the moment where its either gonna what we all expected with Gojo dying having killed Mahoraga and heavily weakening sukuna or the unexpected happens. Personally I just want atleast Megumi back lmao. Gojo not dying would also be so sweet but if Sukuna dies now it would also be disappointing because yuji has to kill him

Expect the unexpected with Gege. Sukuna is definitely not dying, and if he does, that one finger is still in play. Also keep in mind Urame is still out there. Haven’t been absolutely letdown yet. This is peak, and I’m sure he’ll deliver in the next couple chapters. The thing is Gojo has to reconcile with Megumi and reveal the Nanami plot point to close all his open plot points, then he can be killed off. I think it’ll be a thing where his dead body will be by Geto’s dead body but that’s my prediction lol
