However, Gojo saying that he always knew he could never have beaten Sukuna is some bs, because 1\. it contradicts his character (the whole "I'll win" bravado), and 2\. We the audience *saw* how Sukuna without TS and Mahoraga would lose. So? What's the point of reducing him to some pathetic mf. Just have him die with pride.

In the last page you can see that sukuna still hasnt healed himself at all. While Kashimo clearly lacks protection he makes up for that in insane offensive abilities. Not saying he will beat sukuna ofc but he could now that sukuna lacks his rct do incredible damage to him

Gege basically wrote that this whole time Gojo was a defeatist, pessimistic fraud who just pretended to be confident in his abilities ("I'll win!"). Like gahdam, if you're gonna pack him at least let the character retain some semblance of pride.

it’s not entirely possible to bring him back but i hope they don’t. Takaba could just come in save him but it would feel like an asspull. Yuta sneaking in with kashimo and using RCT also seems possible but idk. Also what’s interesting is that the death convo doesn’t have Nobara, i wonder how they bring her back tho
