The freestyle is a countdown from the number 10. We see each line directly mention the numbers in some way:

But there’s a more subtle countdown as well - in the syllables:

Pay attention to the next bars I spit - 10 syllables
It’s like ninth inning home runs I hit - 9 syllables
Cause I strike like eight balls I win - 8 syllables
When I count down don’t forget - 7 syllables

Then we start a series of 7 syllable lines:
