    yea i wasn't listening to music until i was like 12 or 13 either so i was really late at that point streaming was starting to get a little more rampant and youtube existed so yea

    Yeah I was listening to so much music during that trash couple year drought before youtube music where damn near no music was on youtube and i didnt have torrents yet so i was buying the cd and ripping it, or i was downloading a mixtape and burning it on a cd i had odd futures whole discography burned on cd lmao

    i have a bunch of cds but my dad was the one who burned them so even if i wanted something to have on cd i could just get my dad to do it for me

    had my phone taken away years back and didn't get one again for a very long time so i had to use a zune and was still using it till like 2019 when i couldn't find the charger for it

    I’d assume if your laptop/pc/Mac has a cd slot just put it in.
    If it doesn’t you can buy the CD adapter

    You can also just go to your local library/school library and rip it there but take a USB drive.

    put it in your pc
    rip it with a program like itunes
    make sure to choose at least 256kbps compression or better (higher) or it will sound like s***.
    put the mp3/m4a files in your streaming service (use google)

    OP if you have a PS4 or Xbox you can put it into the system and it should be able to read the files on there and you can extract them from there onto a USB or phone I believe. I used to do this with a PS2 and PS3 so maybe you can still do it with a PS4, PS5, XB.
