I’d assume if your laptop/pc/Mac has a cd slot just put it in.
If it doesn’t you can buy the CD adapter

Smacked VoodooOP if you have a PS4 or Xbox you can put it into the system and it should be able to read the files on there and you can extract them from there onto a USB or phone I believe. I used to do this with a PS2 and PS3 so maybe you can still do it with a PS4, PS5, XB.
I think that’s only on PS3. I remember doing it. But I guess they got rid of it for the ps4.
