I'm sorry if this comes across as too blunt but imo if you're not getting the videos you want on Tiktok with how amazing the algorithm is you're either an NPC with no personality, you don't know how to use technology effectively, or the algorithm already knows you're probably too dumb / short attention span to watch these videos of "value" and where you can "learn something" that you claim you want to see

you can argue that but even so, so much of these algorithms are throwing sponsored or empty content at you to see what else to recommend you. You’re getting force fed s*** that you don’t want to see how they can increase your scrolls and clicks based on something that “might” interest you or is trending

There's tons of reasons to not use social media, but to say you can't find value on Tik Tok that isn't a time waste is your fault. Like I have a specific TT account where the algorithm is tailered to specifically helping me learn clothing line related tips, info, new brands, photoshop, news, business tricks, etc.

Its very easy to get the algorithm to give you what you want. If you can't accomplish that, its 100% your fault

i only got tiktok to post my art, but my algo sucks dont think i’ve ever seen anything i was interested in, my ig algo is much better but still nothing i would miss
