i just be anxious sometimes

just last year in a span of 6 months i smoked weed like that for the first time and it went from it being really fun and me feeling really motivated to paranoia and anxiety from it and idk why

Deadass had trips where I lied on the floor in a ball for hours on end

This s*** can reveal things about your body that you never would believe, so b cautious because frfr the experiences I've had physically since my tripping days have baffled everyone I've ever told including doctors

There's a whole science to this related to the Kundalini but that's a whole other topic

Now that we talking about ego death, I lowkey think LSD and Shrooms give you a taste of what death feels like They're extremely similar to DMT chemically and that's what our body releases when we die. That melting/one with the universe feeling is your consciousness preparing to leave this planet. But then it comes back when the trip ends. That's kinda why I haven't tripped in over a year, the psychedelic headspace can get scary
