The no degree part was tricky. So for me, the big thing was just getting in the door. When I was looking for my first job, it was extremely difficult with no degree. I think the key is if you can find an entry level position at a startup that is promising

Startup cared less about my credentials and also as the startup grew, I was in a position to rise the rankings. Once I got my first experience and some promotions, it was way easier cause I had experience + portfolio

Nah I worked with them and Character (San Francisco) before. Anything north 200k salary is director, executive, and manager numbers

Yeah. Netflix has A LOT of designers, engineers and PM's. Company would b bankrupt if they were paying all of those senior folks 200k+

Great thing working in Tech though are the benefits of stocks, bonus and also the potential of getting bought out
