ngl I've approached this cut with this in mind knowing that he wanted to tie everything together in three films so what feels incomplete/unsatisfactory atm were things he was going to explore further anyway

hard to see how that would've turned out now given what's happened to snyder and the dceu and how the standalone films have pushed on but reading the storyboards it looked like it was going to be decent for the most part. the mechanics of how the alternate timeline would've worked could be handled easily thanks to flash so there was room for a lot of character development/interaction so it wouldn't be bogged down by that
