I think there's something interesting about how the most generally liked comic book flicks are the ones with the least "fantastical" aspects to it. You will see people who swear they don't like capeshit but love TDK and Joker too more recently. Feel like Winter soldier was like that too in some aspects. Just to a lesser degree
