Not with the form but I don't think anyone believes it's okay to do something without consent. It comes down to communication at the end of the day, sometimes woman get star-struck and intimidated so it's a popstar responsibility to make sure she wants the sexual encounter to take place.

Nobody is saying we should jump down Justin's throat and immediately blame him, but in an attempt to stay neutral and/or fair, people are doubting, blaming or questioning the accuser, which always f***ing happens.
