It’s really OVOver
Including Comeback Season and Room for Improvement in your argument is actually hilarious for multiple reasons
Notice how you named one project pre-WATTBA that had 20 songs, and then had to name five in a row that included 20+ records since 2016
Anyone thinking streaming doesn’t influence his tracklisting nowadays is an idiot
those albums didn’t come in a row
Drake doesn't care about numbers he just brags about them nonstop for the lolz
You sound stupid. Drake has always made catchy bops. When he wasn't scoring #1s and top 10 hits like candy, he wasn't fishing for hits but the moment he started getting them, it means he started fishing for them? Do you see how dumb you sound?
Drake is the only major mainstream artist that's never done bundles, used radio deals, pushed numerous remixes and utilised other industry tactics to boost his position on the charts. He quite literally just drops his music and keeps it moving, but according to you, that, along with him making the type of music he has ALWAYS made, means he's fishing for hits.
I keep forgetting that some of you on this site are really just bumbling buffoons who aren't worthy of any sort of correspondence.
Also, Drake not doing physicals or bundles has more to do with his team being completely inept at achieving anything other than uploading an album to streaming.
Every time he’s tried to release physicals in the past few years it’s been a total s***show and they always get extensively delayed or completely canceled
I had my fair share of Drake criticism lately, but I do hope he bounces back. I really liked the Gordo tracks, and liked I’m Up, but the rest was ass to me
those albums didn’t come in a row
I know, but Divine named them in a row, and they all came since 2016
Another one bites the dust for Aubrey
i’ve always said that artists dropping projects to cater to all their fans is an easy way to make the worst project of their career
Nicki dropped an album where all the songs were rap with a tinge of pop (Pink Friday) and everyone considered it a classic
her next album had a variety of rap songs & pop songs that couldn’t sound more different from each other sonically, and it’s considered her worst album by most
cater to just one side of your fanbase if you wanna make an actual great album. catering to everyone results in corporate slop. there’s a reason HNvm has a very dedicated fanbase that you don’t see with albums like CLB or FatD
Another one bites the dust for Aubrey
Maybe he ll hang with lil mabu now
Another one bites the dust for Aubrey
Good f*** all these fake ass industry friends. Stick to ur core you had before 2018. F*** these leeches
The "twitter blogs" were picking up the story that he unfollowed Drake and refollowed him again
Drake doesn't care about numbers he just brags about them nonstop for the lolz
The nigga has told us hundreds of times both on wax and in interviews that numbers are his main motivation, yet his stans think he doesn’t care about them because he doesn’t do bundles

Bingo.
Drake’s incessant need to cater to every audience available is his way of chasing numbers, and it has resulted in commercial success but creative decline
Look who he just followed
You’re late to the game

Too many times personal opinion gets inflated with the opinion of the masses, if you like it then you like it
All 3 of them Drake albums great to me
The nigga has told us hundreds of times both on wax and in interviews that numbers are his main motivation, yet his stans think he doesn’t care about them because he doesn’t do bundles
he just bragged about numbers in Push Ups lol
I’m not even sure why we answer these people anymore lol. Drake is the best selling rap artist of all time, and will continue to be so. He’s the biggest 10 years ago, and he’s the biggest now. Drake having fun now, none of these songs have commercial appeal and he’s leaking them himself which hurts the numbers immensely lol. Being a hater is f***ing miserable, and I can’t to hear the excuses when his next album outsells everyone AGAIN 😭😭😭

his discography averaged 18,25 songs per project before 2016 and after that averages 22 per project, idk seems like he always enjoyed long projects
